FM and PCM receivers?
Yes. Both 7U and 7U Super had MOD (modulation selection). Simply select F for FM or C for PCM, turn the Tx off and back on, and it will now talk to the other type of transmitter. An F or P in the radio's name simply meant it was packaged and shipped with an FM or a PCM receiver.
