I want to be able to drop a set amount of flaps or elevators or both for certain flight conditions (such as launching a glider). Can my 7C do this?
Absolutely! This is exactly what the airbrake function is designed for. Just go into the Advanced menu, use your Dial to scroll to the second page, press the Dial when you get to Airbrake. Then you will cursor up to make this active, and set your percentages where you need them. You may want to turn Elevator to 0% if you are wanting no reaction from channel 2.
