12Z Radio System FAQ

I have noticed on my 12Z case that the printing is upside down by my handle, can you guys fix this or send me a new case?

We have checked all of the cases on this new radio system and they are all printed the same way. We do not feel that the face (large side) of the case is printed wrong. When the case is set down on its feet with this side vertical, the writing reads correctly.

The edge or the handle side of the case is another story. When the case is laid down on its feet, on its side so that it can be opened, the writing could be interpreted as being upside down. The labels on the end and face of the case are for people to read as it was being carried by its handle. That is why it is printed this way.
