12Z Radio System FAQ

Can I use after-market batteries for my 12Z? I see they look like a cam-corder battery and I can pick one of these up at any electronics store.

As with the Flash Card, this battery is designed specifically for the 12Z and it is not recommended to use a different brand. The battery is a Sanyo, but the cell type is different than other brands.
